• Promotion Overview: This promotion is for the Elite 100 Quick Start Incentive of up to $5,000 bonus commission during the 60 Years of Innovation Celebration.
• Participation: In order to be eligible for this promotion, you must (a) join the Interest List at www.AvoyaNetwork.com/60years, (b) be presented with an offer to join our network by an authorized Avoya employee, and (c) sign the Avoya Travel Services Provider Agreement as an Elite 100 program member and pay affiliation fees no later than December 15, 2024.
• Bonus Commission Tiers: The Quick Start Incentive pays as follows:
• $1,000 Bonus Commission: $15,000 - $24,999 in Qualified Commission
• $2,000 Bonus Commission: $25,000 - $49,999 in Qualified Commission
• $5,000 Bonus Commission: $50,000+ in Qualified Commission
• Qualified Commissions Definition: Qualified Commissions are based on bookings which depart in 2024 or 2025 on Avoya Preferred Suppliers during the first 90 days after you officially become an Independent Agency in the Avoya Travel Network (Qualifying Period). Qualified Commission totals are based on net commission (in other words, any amount of commission used towards rebating will not be counted towards reaching the payout tiers). All bookings must be made through, or transferred to, Avoya Travel’s credentials with the supplier and entered into Agent Power during the Qualifying Period to be counted for this promotion.
• Bonus Commission Payment: The Bonus Commission payment will be made after a Review Period, which is 30 days after the Qualifying Period ends. During this time, Avoya will verify bookings in Agent Power with Preferred Supplier reporting to ensure eligibility.
• Booking Cancellations: Booking cancellations that take place during the Qualification Period or Review Period will not count towards the Qualifying Commission. Bookings must remain active through the completion of travel to remain eligible. The Bonus Commission payment may be offset at a later time due to cancellations that occur past the review period by reducing a future commission payment, so we recommend booking more than any tier you want to achieve to leave buffer room for cancellations.
• Disqualification for Fraud: Agencies found to have submitted misleading booking records or manipulated bookings will be disqualified. Fraudulent behavior is taken seriously and will result in termination of the Travel Professional Services Agreement and any future commission payments will be forfeited by the Independent Agency owner.
• Exclusive Offer: This promotion is only open to new Avoya Travel Independent Agencies. Existing or previous agencies within the Avoya Travel Network are not eligible to participate.
• Affiliation Fees Non-Refundable: Any affiliation fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of whether the agency meets the bonus requirements.
• Limited Availability: The Elite 100 Quick Start Incentive is limited to a specific number of participants. Avoya Travel reserves the right to close the promotion early or modify, suspend to terminate this promotion for any reason.
• Tax Responsibility: Any and all tax obligations arising from the incentive bonus are wholly your responsibility must be fulfilled in compliance with applicable laws.
• Final Decision: Avoya Travel’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion, including bonus commission eligibility and amounts, is final and binding.
• Non-Transferability: The Quick Start Incentive bonus is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other offers or cash equivalents.
