Mark joined Avoya in 2023 after more than 17 years of experience with a leading cruise brand. His expertise in strategic financial planning and analysis, along with his strong track record of producing exceptional results, is enabling Avoya to drive stronger and faster growth.
Karl joined Avoya in 2025 with over 20 years of executive technology leadership. As Chief Technology Officer, he oversees the IT and Product Development teams, driving innovation across Avoya’s technology platforms and aligning digital strategy with business growth.
Before Avoya, Karl spent eight years with RSM Private Equity’s Consulting Team, where he specialized in M&A advisory. He also previously served as CTO for several organizations, bringing a strong track record of scaling systems, building high-performing teams, and translating complex tech into clear business value.
Since joining the Avoya family in 2013, Sam has been instrumental in developing Avoya's brand strategy, leading the company's award-winning marketing initiatives that have generated more success for both travelers and new Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network™, and has been influential in creating more modern and interactive ways for Independent Agencies to connect with travelers. His teams are delivering more personalized content and better online experiences to consumers while creating stronger customer value and retention.
