MARC KAZLAUSKAS, CEO

Marc joined Avoya in 2025 with over 30 years of experience in the travel industry. As CEO, he brings a proven track record of driving strategic growth and innovation at leading travel brands. Stepping into the role during a pivotal period of transformation, Marc is focused on advancing Avoya’s vision through cutting-edge technology, stronger partner relationships, and expanded support for Independent Agencies.

Marc comes to Avoya with extensive executive experience, having held executive leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Frosch, Insight and Tauck. Marc has four children and lives with his wife, Tracy, in New Canaan, Connecticut.

PHIL CAPPELLI, CSO

Phil joined Avoya in 2023, bringing with him 25 years of extensive experience in the travel industry. As Chief Sales Officer, he'll be at the helm of exciting growth initiatives, including expanding the Independent Agency Network, strengthening supplier partnerships, paving the way for strategic acquisitions, and introducing new, distinctive products and services.

MARK FRANCONE, CFO

Mark joined Avoya in 2023 after more than 17 years of experience with a leading cruise brand. His expertise in strategic financial planning and analysis, along with his strong track record of producing exceptional results, is enabling Avoya to drive stronger and faster growth.

SAM McCULLY, SVP OF MARKET EXPANSION

Since joining the Avoya family in 2013, Sam has been instrumental in developing Avoya's brand strategy, leading the company's award-winning marketing initiatives that have generated more success for both travelers and new Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network™, and has been influential in creating more modern and interactive ways for Independent Agencies to connect with travelers. His teams are delivering more personalized content and better online experiences to consumers while creating stronger customer value and retention.

STEVE HIRSHAN, SVP OF SALES

Bringing almost 40 years of travel industry experience to the Avoya team, Steve started as an Independent Agency owner, and two years later joined the executive team to leads initiatives that support Independent Agencies with all aspects of their business. Steve's team is continually investing more into helping Network members grow sales and improve workflow, including increasing support with enhancements to our patented tech, Agent Power™, our in-house education program specifically designed for those new to the travel industry, Travel Agent Education Certification, and much more.

DANIEL REGO, SVP OF BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

With continuous innovation comes the ability to make smarter decisions. Our capabilities to increase your productivity have skyrocketed with new tech innovations, including intuitive agency performance metrics, smart technology, and actionable reports. Daniel brings more than 20 years of expertise to Avoya, playing a critical role in leveraging data analysis in strategic business decisions and driving sales growth.

MELODY GOLDMAN, SVP OF PEOPLE OPERATIONS

Melody joined Avoya in 2023 to create and drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. With over 20 years of experience cultivating strong relationships and company culture, her expertise is empowering Avoya to continue its reputation for innovation.
